I am a BBA Graduate in Jaipur, Rajasthan. But also I am doing JOB since I completed my 12th. Ultimately I have a 3 years of experience officially having a current package of 4LPA in hand. Now, I am confused whether I should go for a MBA or not. Is this will boost my career or not?

Ans: MBA from a good college should boost your career. It will not only help you to rise higher quickly but also give you a better pay package. Quite a few companies for promotion do give preference to people who have MBA degree.

Ans: If you are interested and feel stagnant in your job can look at course like PGP MAX from ISB requiring 15+ years work ex. If you are not looking at changing jobs then can look at doing short leadership courses or some Management courses which is online offline mode.

Ans: It could be beneficial to take up a job by doing some short term courses. You can simultaneously try and write MBA entrance exam, but a huge gap without work ex could face problems in placements.

For instance, you could repay half the loan and deploy the balance into investments aligned with your goals. Also, keep in mind that if you repay the loan to your friend, they may be able to utilise those funds to meet their own financial goals.

Hi Ma'am, This is my second question after one and half years. I am running 37 years old. My inhand salary after all deductions is 77k. I have loan emi 32k which is going to end in feb 2027. I don't have any savings and mutual fund. How do i start financial planning and investment? I have my wife,6 years old son and 4 years old daughter. No other dependents. I would like to plan investment for house building after 7 years( my own plot around 1500 sq ft). Kindly advise.

Ans: Hi, you can start by saving a small amount before pursuing this goal. Personally, I would suggest prioritising your children’s education before planning to build a new home. In my opinion, this should be the priority, especially considering that education inflation is currently in double digits.

Since you already own a home, it would be prudent to begin with small investments and gradually increase the investment amount over time to work towards these goals. Once your existing loan is repaid, you can redirect the same EMI amount towards funding these goals.

What should I do after 10th, and what after 12th? I've studied in Hindi medium till now, will it be a problem? Guide me, I'm a Hindi medium student. What should I do so that I don't face any issues in further studies or work

Ans: Take PCM in 11th, start learning coding (Python/C++), practice English gradually, prepare for engineering entrance exams like JEE Main after 12th, join a good CS college, and keep building small apps/projects along the way. Hindi medium is not a big hurdle to build a career in computers. You only need to take some extra effort to learn English if you wish to achieve your goal.

Hello ! I have 2 queries regarding NEET application 1) They did not asked for 12th marsksheet to upoload as the student is passed last year and reappearing for neet, is there something I have missed or just they don't need now? 2) Not uploaded APAAR ID because it has wrong birthdate and not matching with 10th marksheet yet filled the form without APAAR ID will it be ok? Thank You!

Ans: (1) NEET (UG) application doesn’t require the 12th marksheet upload at this stage. (2) APAAR ID is optional, so submitting the form without it won’t cause any issue. However, it is highly recommended that you make all necessary corrections to your 10th marksheet and Aadhar Card to ensure uniformity in the name and address before the counselling process begins. Right now, focus only on studies and aim to score at least 650+ in the examination.

have a query regarding my eligibility. I completed my Class 12 (State Board) in the PCB stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) in November/December 2025 without Mathematics. I am no longer interested in NEET and wish to appear for JEE Main. I plan to take a separate Mathematics exam under the same board in 2026. Will I be eligible for JEE and the subsequent JoSAA counseling with two separate certificates (PCB from 2025 and Mathematics from 2026)? Additionally, in the JEE application form, should I declare my Class 12 passing year as 2025 or 2026? Will they accept two certificates

Ans: Yes, you're eligible for JEE Main 2026 and JoSAA if you pass Maths in 2026—declare Class 12 year as 2026 (year of completing PCM). Two certificates are accepted as improvement/additional subject. However, I suggest you have 3-4 more backup options by applying for Private Colleges' Engineering Exams apart from JEE.
