Each individual is very different. You will need to consult a nutritionist who can all your blood work, understand your body type, your lifestyle and accordingly guide you regarding the diet. Once your diet is good any type of light exercises like walks would be good for you. Then you can start going to the gym under guidance of a trainer and build your muscles too.

These may help-1) try sleeping on your sides instead of back
2) Keep a gap of 2-3 hours between dinner and sleeping time. Walk for 30 minutes before sleeping
3) Warm A2 cow ghee and put 1-2 drops in your nostrils before sleeping
4) If you can learn some pranayama from a yoga teacher it could help
