I am 29 Yrs. old and was appointed Hr Trainee after doing MBA from Kitts, Bhubaneswar. But after completion of my 4 months training in Titagarh Wagon I have been asked to resign without giving any reason. Please advice.

Ideally you should have mentioned in the resignation letter that it's basis mutual discussion and agreement and that neither parties will recover any dues in lieu of notice period not served.

My suggestion would be write a polite yet firm.email to HR cc marking your manager clearly stating the details of the conversation along with date and people present. Atleast this will put things on record.

Since you haven't shared details like what kind of Company is yours, What's your job profile , how was the perfromance and was there any technical lapses from your side ? Whats your gender is also not clear . Many companies do follow such things , however you can ask for written communication from your HR Manager about resignation .
