Ans: After diploma there is a process of taking admission directly in the second year of engineering degree and you can complete your B.Tech in three years. For the post of lecturer there is an age limit of 40. So still it is not too late. I think if you take admission now within 35-36 you will be able to complete your degree and join as a lecturer in some polytechnic. In degree colleges they prefer M.Tech. Professor

Ans: If you do have the financial capabilities send him to USA for a Ph.D. He needs an excellent GRE Score, a standard TOEFL score, three good recommendations from his professors and employees and one good SOP ( statement of purpose). Ph.D comes with full funding. But still for support 30-40 lakhs rupees must be ready. You can get overseas education loan from CREDILA. But he should stick to Research line only. Ans: You are having twelve years of experience and I do think your age must be around 34. So for Govt. jobs your age limit is already over. You can do some good certificate course in ESG (( Env. Social Growth) and try for some good private jobs. There is no point in sticking to a contractual job for long time. Just follow me. I don't see any other options apart from Data Science. Ans: It is an excellent plan. First of all I would like to thank him for deciding to be a teacher, now-a-days all are running after IT, AI, ML and money.
