My doughter just pass pluse 2 , seeking admission for engineering. Rank in cet 23k. What is option in VLSI design and E&C

Ans: With an MHT CET rank of 23000, you have a good chance of getting into some good colleges for VLSI Design and E&TC (Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering). You should be able to find options in both government and private colleges in Maharashtra. Consider exploring colleges like the College of Engineering Pune, VJTI Mumbai, or Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology.

Sir my son got a vit chennai vlsi design in category 2 and got a seat i sastra ece branch which is best branch we are in confusion whether ece sastra or electronic vlsi designing in chennai which is best
Ans: VIT Chennai’s B.Tech in Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design and Technology) offers specialized training in semiconductor and chip design, with strong industry alignment and recruiters such as Intel, Qualcomm, and Samsung visiting for placements; the program is supported by modern labs, a high placement percentage, and a curriculum matching industry needs, making it ideal for those targeting the fast-growing VLSI sector. SASTRA University’s ECE branch provides a broader electronics and communication foundation, consistently achieving 90–100% placement rates and attracting top recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, and Microsoft, with students eligible for placements from the sixth semester and extensive internship opportunities available. While SASTRA ECE offers versatility across IT, core electronics, and communications, VIT Chennai VLSI Design is more niche, providing focused semiconductor and chip design career pathways with high placement density and cutting-edge infrastructure. Both institutions have strong reputations and comparable student satisfaction ratings. Recommendation: Choose VIT Chennai VLSI Design if your son is keen on a specialized semiconductor career and wants industry-focused training; opt for SASTRA ECE for broader electronics and communication opportunities and flexibility across multiple domains. All the BEST for the Admission & a Prosperous Future!

One if colleagues son got 5 year dual degree in ECE with AI n VLSI design from IIIT KANCHEEPURAM N GETTING SAME IN IIIT, HYDERABAD. WHAT DO U SUGGEST FOR STUDY N PLACEMENTS AS WELL.
Ans: IIIT Kancheepuram’s five-year B.Tech (ECE) + M.Tech (VLSI & Electronic System Design) program, established under the Ministry of Education’s IIIT-DM mandate, features a design-centric curriculum blending core electronics, AI fundamentals, VLSI circuit design, embedded systems and robotics, supported by specialized labs for semiconductor fabrication, signal processing and IoT prototyping. Faculty comprises predominantly PhD holders with industry research experience, and the institute maintains MoUs with semiconductor firms for student internships. Placement cells report a 62.5% offer rate for the ECE undergraduate segment, with an average package of ?11.36 LPA in 2025; the M.Tech VLSI cohort achieved a 75% placement rate with an average ?18.8 LPA. Strong program-specific workshops and design-projects bolster hands-on skills, while the institute’s emerging “Center for AI & Robotics” fosters interdisciplinary R&D.

IIIT Hyderabad’s five-year B.Tech (ECE) + MS by Research in ECE emphasizes advanced research in VLSI, communications and signal processing, housed within its world-class Microelectronics & VLSI and Communications research centres. The curriculum integrates semester-long research projects under faculty mentors, access to the Kohli Center on Intelligent Systems, and industry-funded innovation labs for prototype development. B.Tech ECE placements reached a 97% campus-hire rate in 2025, with an average package of ?29.94 LPA and top recruiters including Qualcomm, Texas Instruments and Keysight Technologies. The dual-degree track further enables publication-oriented MS research, positioning graduates for both high-end R&D roles and competitive PhD admissions.

Recommendation: Opt for IIIT Hyderabad’s dual-degree ECE for its superior placement consistency, higher average packages, and world-class research infrastructure. Choose IIIT Kancheepuram if you prefer a balanced design-engineering curriculum with robust semiconductor lab exposure and strong VLSI specialization. All the BEST for a Prosperous Future!

Dear Naveenn Ji I am 61 yrs old-retired person. I had cardiac procedure with pacemaker 3 yrs back. I had one Medical insurance which was quite useful and was just sufficient at that time to meet expenses. Now I want to enhance the limit say from 10 lac to 20 lac which is not happening with the existing one. Can you suggest what best can be done and how for medical expenses
Ans: We will need to check with different health insurance companies and share your case history in detail. There are chances of getting a policy, but it depends on the underwriter’s assessment. Age, any other medical conditions, pre-existing diseases and the severity of the earlier cardiac issue all play a role.

Sometimes insurers give a counter-offer with a higher premium, a co-payment clause or a permanent exclusion for heart-related conditions while covering everything else.
We also need to check whether porting is possible or if a fresh policy is better.

One important point: please do not cancel your existing policy under any circumstance until a new cover is issued and active.

Alongside insurance, it is always wise to keep a reasonable emergency fund in liquid form such as fixed deposits or liquid mutual funds to handle any immediate medical requirement.

please feel free to ask any further questions you can connect us 044-31683550 if facing any problem

Sir I have 5 subject in Nios board class 12 in 2026 and the subject names is Physics, Maths, English, Physical Education and in place of Chemistry is Biotechnology or vocational subject Valid for JOSSA 2026 So it will be eligible for Jossa Counselling For BTech in IITs or NITs+System According to JOSSA COUNSELLING 2025 Annexure 2(a)Annexure 2(b) The marks scored in the following five subjects will be considered for calculating the aggregate marks and the cut-off marks for fulfilling the top 20 percentile criterion. Candidates must also pass each of the following subjects in Class XII (or equivalent) to qualify for admission to the NIT+ System: o For B.E./B.Tech. programmes i. Physics ii. Any one of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocation subject iii. Mathematics iv. A language (if the candidate has taken more than one language, then the language with the higher marks will be considered) v. Any subject other than the above four (the subject with the highest marks will be considered). Please Guide Me Sir
Ans: Your question is unclear because you have combined many queries into one. However, I will attempt to answer based on my understanding. Please do not mind; from the question, I can guess that you may be facing problems with the subjects, either in terms of understanding or from other aspects.

Your NIOS 2026 combination (Physics, Maths, English, Physical Education, and Biotechnology instead of Chemistry) complies with JoSAA Annexure 2(a)/(b) requirements, so you will be eligible for JoSAA counselling for BTech in IITs/NIT+ system, subject to passing all subjects and meeting the JEE Advanced and overall eligibility/percentile criteria. However, it is highly recommended to refer to the latest brochure published by NTA on the official website of JEE.

Good luck.
