If Mathematics is an actual Class XII subject (even as an additional/optional subject) and Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are listed as required subjects, you can be eligible for JEE Advanced/IIT, subject to all other eligibility criteria. But the main question is, if you are learning math as an additional subject without seriousness, how can you even crack JEE (Main)? If you are aiming for JEE (Adv), then you must learn mathematics as a core subject, not an additional subject.
