Hello,I gave my class 12th board in this year 2026 in which i have total 6 subjects which are physics, chemistry, maths, english, physical education and computer science.I got RT(repeat in theory) in maths but overall it shows pass in result because i have total 6 subjects.I gave supplementary for maths in july 28th 2026 and again i got RT in maths. So my query is that if i go with CBSE pvt candidate will i get a combined marksheet because i have 6 subjects or will i have 2 marksheet because i heard from some people that combined marksheet is only issued for students who have failed and have 5 subjects and there status is failed/compartment or should i go with NIOS board and get a single marksheet if CBSE does not issue single marksheet for my condition
Ans: Since CBSE rules allow a candidate who was declared Pass with six subjects to appear in the failed subject in July, and CBSE provides for a consolidated marksheet after passing the compartment, your case should normally result in one consolidated CBSE marksheet rather than two. Do not switch to NIOS solely for this reason, but wait for or confirm the 2026 CBSE document-issuance rule, because your second RT means the outcome depends on the exact category shown in your result. However, it is strongly recommended to talk with the principal or administration of your school for any updated information.
Good luck.
