Do I want to review the location?
Since the institutes you want to compare are in different locations (SPIT MUMBAI, NIT PATNA BIHAR, NIT DURGAPUR WB, BIT MISHRA RANCHI JARKANT, VNIT NAGPUR MP), including different states, please consider the following points before asking me to provide a review:

1. **Programs**: Compare programs against each other.
2. **Institutions**:
a. It is unwise to compare national institutes with other institutions, as they serve different purposes.
b. Do not compare state universities with private institutions.
c. Comparing private institutions with other private institutions is more meaningful.

National institutes often invest hundreds of crores in developing their infrastructure, which may not be feasible for many state or private universities. I hope this clarifies my reasoning.
