my son got 2557 rank in jee mains and 135 marks in advance in gen. catagory. my preference ece. which iit would be sugested in tier2 or nit of tier 1 than iit of tier2
Ans: Hemant Sir, now that the JEE Advanced results are out, it will be easier for you to see if getting ECE at any Tier 2 IIT is possible by comparing with last year’s JoSAA opening and closing ranks. Strong chance for ECE in NIT Warangal, Surathkal, Calicut, or Rourkela (Home State/Other State quota matters). Fill in your choices for the ECE branch starting with the top 3-4 NITs like NIT-T, NIT-S, and NIT-W, followed by other NITs you prefer or those ranked higher in NIRF, with good placements and infrastructure. All the Best for Your Son's Prosperous Future!
