Respected Sir,
My son is interested in doing mechanical engineering since childhood. He has 8.4 lakhs rank in jee mains so will not be able to get elite institutes. He has got admission in B Tech Mechanical engineering in Manipal University Jaipur. He has 68% in cbse boards class 12 and 63 in MET Manipal. If he gets chance to get B Tech Mechanical engineering in MIT Manipal, Udupi campas, should he go there or continue in manipal university jaipur? We are north indians.

Determining which institution is definitively "better" is challenging, as both MIT Manipal (Udupi) and Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) possess their own advantages and disadvantages. You may select the one that is closer to your hometown. Your son has comparable prospects for excellent opportunities at both institutions.
