नमस्ते सर, मैं 24 साल का हूँ। मेरे पास IIT मद्रास से MSc है और मैं एक बहुत ही स्थिर कंपनी में परीक्षक के रूप में IT में काम कर रहा हूँ। मैं वर्तमान में 12 LPA कमाता हूँ और मेरा कार्य-जीवन संतुलन भी बहुत अच्छा है। मैं यहाँ काम करके खुश हूँ क्योंकि नौकरी में बहुत ज़्यादा मांग नहीं है और साथ ही मुझे घर से दूर रहकर काम करने का मौका मिलता है। हालाँकि मुझे IIM शिलांग से PGP प्रोग्राम के लिए ऑफ़र मिला है। IIM से MBA करना हमेशा से मेरा सपना रहा है (मैंने 22वीं में CAT दिया था और 98.5 पर्सेंटाइल प्राप्त किया था, पिछले साल मुझे 99.5 पर्सेंटाइल मिले थे) लेकिन मुझे यकीन नहीं है कि इस मामले में नौकरी छोड़ना सही फैसला होगा। मुझे यकीन है कि मैं बर्न आउट होने के जोखिम में फिर से CAT नहीं दूँगा।

दरअसल, मैं 32 वर्षीय पुरुष हूँ, अविवाहित हूँ और पिछले 4 वर्षों से शिक्षा क्षेत्र में कंटेंट मैनेजर/विषय वस्तु विशेषज्ञ के रूप में काम कर रहा हूँ। और, मैंने वर्ष 2014 में बी.ई. किया और तब से मैं यूपीएससी सिविल सेवाओं की तैयारी कर रहा था और साक्षात्कार भी दिया, लेकिन दुर्भाग्य से मुझे सफलता नहीं मिली और मैं इस आधार पर इस उद्योग में शामिल नहीं हुआ। जबकि, मैं यहाँ स्थिर हो गया हूँ और वेतन या करियर ग्रोथ के मामले में मुझे बहुत कुछ नहीं मिल रहा है और मैं अपने करियर क्षेत्र को एनालिटिक्स/फाइनेंस में बदलने के लिए एमबीए करने की उम्मीद कर रहा हूँ। मैंने तैयारी के दौरान दूरस्थ शिक्षा में मास्टर इन पब्लिक एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन किया क्योंकि यह मेरा वैकल्पिक विषय था। पिछले महीने, मैंने आईआईटी पटना से कार्यकारी एमबीए में प्रवेश लिया, लेकिन दुर्भाग्य से, यह गुणवत्ता और सीखने के मामले में घटिया है। मेरे मन में कुछ संदेह हैं, कृपया मुझे निष्कर्ष पर पहुँचने में मदद करें। क्या मुझे 32 साल की उम्र में CAT/GMAT देकर पूर्णकालिक एमबीए करना चाहिए? क्या मुझे इंदौर, काशीपुर आदि जैसे IIM से एग्जीक्यूटिव MBA करना चाहिए, यहाँ मुझे 12 लाख फीस को देखते हुए प्लेसमेंट से संबंधित चिंता है? क्या मुझे बदलाव के लिए IIM इंदौर, ISB या किसी अच्छे संस्थान से 1 साल का पूर्णकालिक PGP करना चाहिए? या मुझे अपने IIT पटना एग्जीक्यूटिव MBA के साथ CFA/FRM का विकल्प चुनना चाहिए? मैं अपने सहकर्मियों से बहुत पीछे हूँ और मेरे UPSC असफल प्रयासों के कारण अभी भी स्थिर नहीं हूँ, मुझे क्षेत्र बदलने की आवश्यकता है। कृपया जवाब दें और मेरी दुविधा को दूर करने में मेरी मदद करें, मैं अभी वास्तव में बहुत उलझन में हूँ।

नमस्ते सर..मैं 25 वर्षीय महिला हूँ और वर्तमान में CAT परीक्षा देने के बारे में सोच रही हूँ। मैंने 2020 में इंजीनियरिंग बैकग्राउंड से स्नातक किया है। उसके बाद मैंने यूपीएससी की तैयारी पूरी तरह से शुरू कर दी, जिसे मैं अभी तक पास नहीं कर पाई हूँ। मेरे पास कोई कार्य अनुभव नहीं है और मैं आईटी क्षेत्र में काम नहीं करना चाहती। मेरी शैक्षणिक प्रोफ़ाइल 95%, 86% और 8.7 सीजीपीए है। तो मैं आपसे पूछना चाहती हूँ कि क्या किसी भी IIM से MBA करने से मुझे अच्छी प्लेसमेंट मिलेगी, बशर्ते मैं CAT पास कर लूँ और कुछ IIM में कन्वर्ट कर लूँ। या अगर मैं CAT पास नहीं कर पाती हूँ तो मुझे बैकअप के तौर पर ब्लोर में टियर 3 MBA कॉलेज जॉइन कर लेना चाहिए। मैं बहुत उलझन में हूँ सर। तो कृपया मेरी मदद करें।

Hi I joined Wipro in 2019 just after my graduation through campus placement. From then I had in my mind that I will do an MBA from a good college. as I thought I will be better in non technical things and management roles. I was not an IT guy at heart. Just an average guy with 6.62 CGPA from Amity University. I was in 3 projects in Wipro. 1st was incident management, 2nd was Application Testing(Automation tester) and 3rd was Big Data development. (Big Data Developer) I wanted to leave wipro after 3 years but my family members told me not to do so and keep trying for a good project in the organisation. Everyone advised me not to leave the organization or search for another IT job. I tried but did not get a good project in Wipro. I also tried for post of Data Developer in other companies but was not able to do so. Then I left Wipro in June, 2023 so that I can crack CAT in November 2023. I also joined coaching for the same. BUT was able to score only 49 % in CAT and 79% in XAT. Again I tried again in Cat 2024. This time i was doing self study only for CAT. Meanwhile i was also asked by my family to prepare for government bank exams. I also joined MAHENDRAS for that. My brothers marriage was scheduled in the month of November. I was able to score 88.69% in CAT 2024 and 61% in XAT. Should I give another try for CAT because i think I can still crack more than 99%. I know it. and also they are many 28yrs + people at IIMs OR am I too old for MBA and should not try more?? Year of birth - 1997. 10th -89.33%(2013) 12th-83.00%(2015) Grad- 6.62 CGPA (2015-2019,Btech CSE) Exp-3 yrs 10 months in WIPRO( July 2019 to June 2023) Kindly guide me in this matter.
