Two scenarios here to consider:
1. Has any repeated behavior of yours that he feels responsible for causing him to doubt you?

2. Has he always felt insecure if any man/male friend talks to you?

In the first case, it may just help to sir=t with him and clarify this, so that you give a voice to his concern about you. It maybe that he is worried about society or your safety. Whatever it is, he's coming from a space of concern, so appreciate it and do what it takes to bring back harmony.

But if it's #2, you have married someone who is insecure and builds stories around this. He seriously needs to work on this, else he will suffocate you with his doubts and slowly it will lead to him stalking you on social media and making sure he knows your every move. Work through a close friend or family member of his who can be neutral and can show him a different side of the story. It may work; but make sure to nip it right away, else it can break down the foundation of your marriage which is built on trust and love. If this doesn't work, seek professional help to help him combat his fears and insecurities of losing you to another man.
