In 2017 I was operated for Prostate. Later it was found that Cancer Traces were there. I got treatment at Max Hospital and got Laser treatment and was cured. But since then I have to go for Urination four times in Night. I can not urinate sitting on Pot and have to bend on my knees. Urine pour slowly. Any remedy to reduce four times to one or two times?

Ans: You need to do uroflowmetry to see if there is any narrowing of urethral passage. If it is there, you might need dilatation. However you need to consult your Urologist who will guide you to know the exact reason. I am a Nephrologist.

I am kameshwarrao, 79. underwent Prostotamy(prostrate gland removed, due to cancer in 2014 and in the year received radiation treatment at the base of pelvis (again due to traces of cancer) since then i have been suffering from incontinance (leakage of urine) and using 3 diapers per day. Pl suggest any medication thankyou

Ans: Please visit the Urologist again. Get urine routine before going to him.

Ans: its a very generic question, please be specific what are trying to ask. On another note have a healthy relationship with your partner, let them be the person they are, avoid changing them. Let them know what about them upsets you but dont nag or play blame game , laugh a lot, keep the child in you always. There will be disagreements galore, avoid screaming or crying when you deal with such situations....vent off the steam and get back to being normal vs holding on to it....live life honestly and truly live it as we live just once.
