in matrimonial site i started talking to a girl. later we talk through voice calls and messages. All of the sudden i stared seeing the red flag from her. and told her that you couldn't proceed. From that time she and her family calling from 10 different numbers to fix the marriage. We have talked around 3 months. While talking to her I told her about me and my family. Her family even started threading that I drink alcohol, as this is my family don't know. How to handle the situation. I explainedin matrimony site i started talking to a girl. later we talk through voice calls and messages. All of the sudden i stared seeing the red flag from her. and told her that you couldn't proceed. From that time she and her family calling from 10 different numbers to fix the marriage. We have talked around 3 months. more than 5 times calmly to her and her family why I can't proceed. Even explained about the red flag.

What is this Red Flag that you saw? You haven't mentioned it here...
If you and your family are in agreement that this is not the girl that you should marry, then why go around in circles? Ask a senior member of your family to contact the girl's family and state that you are not interested in this proposal. Matter ends!

I am working in a software MNC for 10+ years. My company has been laying off people last couple of years as cost cutting measure. Now Management is putting undue pressure on me to resign to avoid paying severance. They are trying to implicate me in false PIP if I don't resign myself. What should I do?

Ans: Dismissal could be temporary, while termination is permanent.

Both can be on account of misconduct
