Ans: Yes, there is a good chance your daughter can get into a government college for B.Tech Biotechnology with a 97 percentile in MHT CET PCB. While top colleges like COEP and VJTI might be difficult for highly competitive branches like Computer Science or IT with that percentile, you can definitely aim for good government or government-aided colleges for Biotechnology.

Ans: For the best overall academic experience and placement opportunities, consider choosing KIIT Bhubaneswar for IT. While PSIT Kanpur is also a decent option, KIIT generally offers a more established reputation, better infrastructure, and potentially stronger placement records, especially for IT-related fields.
