There is good weightage for the interview process that could help you surpass students who have scored higher marks than you in written test. As long as you are profitable at the portfolio level you should focus on reducing the losses and maximizing your gains.

Coming to Laurus Labs, I am not a chartist so won't be able to predict price movement but a basic research into the stock's financials and valuation does not give any comfort.

Ans: there are no stocks in the world which will give you 25% monthly returns. I am sorry but you need to keep your goal realistic.
if your goal is 25% monthly then I would suggest you to stay away from markets as you may end up putting your hard earned money in some ponzi scheme and loose it.
The real goal should be anything between 12-14% yearly and if you need that over a long term (10-15yrs) then plz buy a bluchip mutual fund.
