Hello, I am 34 earning 2 lacs per month. I have been investing in Mutual funds from past 6 years and from pass 2- 2.5 years I have reached and investing 1.6 lacs per month in Mutual funds. In next 10 years I want to have an automatic income of about 3 lacs per month. Can you advise how is it possible. I am investing in Mirae emerging asset, DSP, axis long term quity, parag pariek flexi cap, HDFC mic cap, HDFC Top 100, Nippon, SBi (small cap) Please advise the mutual fund I should invest and the amount to get an income of 3 lacs per month in next 7-10 years Also, i have bought a house for 1.5 cr. Have paid about 25 lacs from my investments already. Planning to pay about 70% as down payment in the next 3-4 years and 30 % loan. Is that a wise decision. Please advise

Hello sir, I earn monthly as 1.84 lakh.I spend 60% of my salary in living expense and 40% as savings I spend 11000 in mutual funds which include 5000 in HDFC balanced advantage fund, 2000 in eledweiss mutual fund,3000 in motilal oswal midcap fund direct growth. Have added step up of 20% in each one,also I spend 10000 in NPS and 5000 in PPF every month. This all saving I have started last year. My age is 40 currently. I have a target to generate 2 cr alteast till I reach 60. Will this be possible with this much investment or not, if not how much should I invest monthly. Also I am not able to have emergency fund. How should I manage my financial planning. Also what can be source of passive income. I not good in share market or digital marketing stuffs. Please suggest

Sir i am a civil engineer graduate 2023 i did my graduation in civil engineering from a tire 2 -3 college from mumbai university . I didn’t get any job its not like that i am dum student or else i was not good at studies u definitely found partility that in civil they took all diploma + degree holders with less knowledge also in companies such a worley , godrej , technimont etc mnc companies with salary of 6-7 lpa but sir i was scattered because i lost my dad in covid my mom is working but her salary is just 50k and now after trying out for jobs as fresher i found a job in IIT bombay as project technical assistant which gives me 30k but its in ocean department. Now i want to learn further i am seeing people doing masters from priavte university like nicmar adani symbiosis etc in construction or infrastructure management. I am stuck jn life what to do im trying for government but i know government junior engineers job wont pay me much to buy home for my mom . In such case what will be best please help
