Ans: Till the outcome of the JEE Advanced exam, nothing can be predicted. But with the JEE main score, your son has strong chances in the top NITs / IIITs with a computer-related branch.

Prediction: IIT admission via JEE Advanced is possible with a good performance, but CSE in the top IITs seems to be challenging. Target mid/lower IITs or branches like Mechanical with a strong Advanced rank.
