For regular JoSAA, CSE/MnC in good NITs/IIITs may be difficult, but she should still fill lower NITs, newer IIITs and GFTIs broadly. Best targets are NIT Agartala, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Puducherry for Electrical/ECE/core branches, and GFTIs for CSE/IT. In CSAB Special Rounds, all ranks are considered again for vacant seats, so she should not miss it.
