My weight is 95 I want to reduce it to 40 so what should I do. I am consuming Medicines for Fainting Feets From Last 18 years Topomac 100 in the Morning, Topomac 50 & Frisium 10 at Night so what precauations should I take.

Ans: To maintain a normal weight as per your BMI, you should follow a healthy, balanced diet comprising of low fat, low carbohydrates, high fiber and protein rich foods. Include whole grain cereals, fruits and vegetables, nuts, low fat dairy products, legumes, eggs and lean meat, etc. Avoid sweets, high fat foods, fruit juices, chocolates, fast foods, etc. Adopt a regular exercise regime which includes aerobic and strengthening exercises to increase lean mass and decrease body fat.
