Woman with Frequent Stomach Pain and Vomiting After Appendix Removal: What Specialist Should I Consult?

My wife 25 years old is having pregnancy since 2½ months. She has intermittent stomach pain, fever, back pain, body pain, headaches. When she takes medicines she feels somewhat alright but most of the times she suffers. She loses her weight by 3 kg in 2 months. She is now 49 kg (5' H). We are thinking to change the gynaecologist. Please suggest.

Dr Madam Namaskara , My daughter 14 years studying in class 9 , she is about 5 feet 9 inches weighs about 48 - 52 kgs , athletic built , plays football as a striker for school and national level and extremely active her diet intake is perfect we are pure vegetarian no eggs also, her morning starts with 10ml aloe vera juice with warm water , a small spoon of Amala + triphala + jeera powder with honey and a banana , she carries breakfast poha upma dosa idli to school which her mother makes , she eats lunch at school canteen , and when home at 3 pm she eats biscuits or some snacks or dal chawal or curd rice which she likes , night she has 4 phulkas , veg + khichdi . She does not have milk products like tea or coffee , this diet she is following since 3-4 years , but recently say since 2-3 months she is complaining if burning sensation in chest , burps and flatulence and causing her distress , my md Physician throughly examined her and concluded acidity n gas problem , he started 1 tab pan d for 5 days and she feels a lot better ,now he's asked us to continue for another 5 days and then stop , I am sure it's the school canteen food as we in the family don't experience this , what is to be done apart from stopping the school canteen food which could be a culprit please advice I am getting worried as it disturbs her .

Dear Madam, My wife suffers fever, or feeling like fever, every month. She is lean and 41+ having asthmatic condition and takes an inhaler when breathing problems come only. She tensions even for small things (over tensioned) due to which her neck and ears get first scratching (NEARLY FOR THE PAST 1.5 YEARS) and recently skin top comes out like scales. She suffers acute constipation and overall body dryness. Can you direct me to whom we should consult? ABRAHAM

My wife has complained twice in last 15 days of a severe pain in the left upper abdomen . No dizziness or sweating associated but only severe pain. No earler complaints of that nature was reported. She has occasional acidity problems and sleeping towards left side causes some times pain whenever spicy food is taken. But she avoids spicy food though very much fond of. She engages in some times mopping and cleaning activity of house. Both times ,pain occurred in morning between 7 Am to 10AM. I would like to know possible resaons and necessary checkups to be made. Right now she is in UK and is scheduled to return by end of the month. She is not covered by the National health Scheme of the local Govt , though has a travel insurance.
