Ans: Not true. Glucose levels throughout the day matter. A combination of high and low glucose levels on some days will still give a good HbA1c. We need to avoid both highs and lows. “Time in range” is the latest concept and you need a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) device to estimate that.

Ans: Not true. Glucose levels throughout the day matter. A combination of high and low glucose levels on some days will still give a good HbA1c. We need to avoid both highs and lows. “Time in range” is the latest concept and you need a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) device to estimate that.

Yes the targets for glucose levels have to be set based on age, comorbidities, other reports etc.

Greetings Sir They say if a diabetic patient takes a sweet it will get reflected in pre and post-sugar levels. I have seen several times the pre and post-sugar are well under the range despite eating sweets. Is it because of the medicine impact?

Ans: Sweets and other carbohydrate rich foods and in fact all foods would affect sugar levels in certain ways, some less and some more. If the body's metabolism is good or if the medications in a diabetic patient are adequate, you may not have abnormal sugars even after consuming high carb foods.

Im 46 yeras just now 15 days back came to know my hba1c is 8.5 took second opinions of blood tests too...almost same.. Doctor has prescribes medicine for morning n afternoon... Now my confusion is at this stage can I control my sugar levels only with diet exercise weight management or should i compulsorily take tablet. I have got this through genetic.. Tablets mandatory or lifestyle management is reversible.. Please help

Ans: Type 2 Diabetes is a lifestyle disorder. Genetic component need to be tackled through epigenetics that is living over the genetics with a lifestyle modification. Looking at your HbA1C as 8.5 you need work hard to bring in the dietary discipline and moderate intensity exercices
Give it all your try for three months. Meet a functional nutrition. Parallel keep checking your sugar levels

My daughter Passed out 9.5gpa and was offered job with TCS and Tech Mahindra almost few weeks apart from each other in the month of July end 2024 and offer was given for TCS in July first week and Tch Mahendra in end July,but tech Mahindra followed up with Joining letter immediately,but my daughter choosed TCS it has been three months since but no Joining letter received,2weeks back was asked to attend an exam which she undertook ,why so much delay by TCS? Was it a wrong decision to let go off Tech Mahindra?Pls reply also suggest what to do now? should we wait or look out elsewhere?

Ans: Yes. Certainly it was a wrong decision. A bird in hand is worth than two birds in bush. She must have accepted the offer of Tech Mahindra, After selection why TCS is again taking test? This is not ethical. But now if she approaches Tech Mahindra probably she won't get a response. So try elsewhere. Mind that DECISION DECIDES DESTINY. If your decision is wrong you are bound to fail. So no more lamenting over the spilt milk. In future take correct decision. Secondly her GPA is too high. Many times organizations don't select very high GPA candidates, because their stability becomes a question mark. Due to very high GPA they never become satisfied with any job. They always think they are underpaid and deserve more. Please keep one thing in mind once you join a job your GPA becomes dead, then your performance will decide your future prospects. Sir which should my son go for BE or Btec. after 12th standard

Ans: There is not much difference between BE and B.Tech. Technically speaking BE is more theory oriented and B.Tech is more practical oriented. But there are many colleges ( All NITS) who earlier used to give BE ( when they were Regional Engineering Colleges) and now they are giving B.Tech. So go for any one. It will not affect his career. Though now-a-days maximum colleges, institutes and universities are offering only B.Tech. So chance of having B.Tech course is much more. Best of luck to your son. Just follow me. MAY GOD BLESS HIM. Ans: The IPMAT full form is Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test. The IPMAT exam is a moderately challenging exam for admission to dual degree Five Year Integrated Programme in Management (BBA+MBA) programmes at IIM Indore , IIM Rohtak, IIM Ranchi, IIFT, TAPMI, and other premier business schools. There are many online coaching centres. You just search in net.
