Good Morning, My age is 49 years female, Recently my sample was collected at 4 p.m. I was tested HbA1C level as 6.3, what are the precautions to be taken to get rid of Diabodies

Ans: Reduction in weight if you are overweight
Dietary disciplines-stop white sugar in any form and avoid/restrict taking sugars in any form.
Dinner before 7 pm
Moderate intensity exercise like brisk walk for thirty minutes five dates a week

Hello Doctor, I am 46 yrs Old & I found my HbA1c 5.8 & TSH Level 7.94 in test report. what should I do ? please advise

Ans: You should get an oral glucose tolerance test done. Also, a free T4 test would be required. Basic metabolic workup along with lipid profile too. Consult a Doctor to guide you further. HbA1c of 5.8% suggests prediabetes and lifestyle changes and weight optimisation needed based on BMI.

My HbA1C was 8.6 was advised T Glycinorm 80 2-2-0 and T Jalra 50 0-1-1 now after 3 months my HbA1C 7.9 also do tests at home on glucometer. On Average Fasting 80-90 P. P. 170- 180. Please Advice Modification. and Advice Thanks.

Ans: For lowering blood sugar levels, follow a diet rich with complex and high fibre carbohydrates like brown rice, brown bread, ragi, multi grains etc. Consume slim milk, buttermilk and yogurt made up of toned milk per day
Consume dark green leafy vegetables at least once in 3 days. Consume low calorie fruits such as apple, papaya and citrus fruits on daily basis. Include lean meat such as egg white, fish and chicken. Avoid sugars- white sugar, brown sugar, jaggary, icing sugar, frosting and its products such as candies, sweets, cakes, maple syrup, corn syrup. Follow regular daily exercises to increase your metabolic rate and lower body fat.

Ans: Gradually increase the phtsical activity
And have an early dinner by 6/6.30pm

Check back on your lifestyle
To start with early intervention through lifestyle modification will reverse it

Hii, I am a student of physics wallah, online prepping for JEE.. I am currently 10th pass and I really sulky when it's about attending classes why waste a hefty amount of school fees when you can just get into NIOS system and crack JEE nd get into reputed IITs and nits ? What's your thoughts here

Ans: If you are naturally self-driven and don’t need external discipline, NIOS is a great choice for saving time and focusing on JEE. Otherwise, a flexible school (where attendance isn't strict) could be a better balance.

JEE Main aap 12th ke year se lekar agle 2 saal tak, total 3 baar de sakte ho.
Agar aapne 12th 2025 me diya hai, to aap:
2025
2026
2027
me JEE de sakte ho.

12th Board Attempt Consideration:
Aap agar dobara 12th CBSE se karte ho (maan lo 2027 me), to JEE 2027 ka attempt valid hoga, aur aapka purana 12th (2025 UP board) attempt count nahi hoga.
Lekin, pehle diye gaye JEE attempts fir bhi count honge. Matlab aap already 2 baar JEE de chuke ho (2025 ke 2 sessions), to aapke paas sirf ek aur final attempt (2026 ya 2027) bachega.

I am a ISC board student, i did not do any coaching for jee. Should i join crash course for viteee & bitsat exams which are coming up soon??

Ans: Hi
VITEEE is relatively easier compared to JEE. If you're confident with ISC Physics, Chem, Math — and you can manage speed — you might not need a crash course, just mock test practice.

BITSAT is trickier due to speed + extra sections. If you're targeting BITS Pilani, a crash course can seriously help.
