Hello My mother's age is 55, she got diabetes detected past one and half year. Her height is 5 ft and weight 66.5 kg. She walks a lot but she get's exhausted or sometimes in Hindi ( Dum lagna / Saas Fhulna ). Her Legs pain a lot especially foot sole. Past more than 10 years she is on tablet lasix 40 without which she is unable to pass urine ( daily one tablet ) on some occasions she has to take two tablet as urine do not pass. ( when urine do not pass her body, legs, face and stomach gets swollen and difficult in breathing ).During this years we had been to some many doctors to cardiologist, Nephrologist, General physician ( with so many test of blood and urine ( her sonography had showed Fatty Liver ) but this urine problem was never solved. some Doctors advises not to take Lasix 40 instead another variant tablet of low power but that didn't work. we are not financially strong to taker her abroad to know the exact cause and diagnosis. I don't know when shall she can pass urine naturally without any medicine. Could you please suggest any special doctors where they can resolve this problem?

Ans: Hello Aj,
Along with allopathy you could try some alternate therapies like homeopathy, ayurveda, accupressure, some yogasana and pranayamas and nutrition guidance. At times alternate therapies can help a lot.

Dear Madam, My mother @73 having both legs swelling problem and unable to walk properly not stable, and her stomach also got exceed with tight sensation. not taking food properly. please inform me any medicine for this. She is having BP but no sugar, taking Telibrit H tab.daily once Please advise.

Ans: Hello. These symptoms suggest a mild heart failure. Her BP may not be in good control and is likely overloading the heart. She needs an evaluation for the same. In addition, she needs to follow strict salt and water restriction. All the best.

My wife is about 50 yrs and a diabetic person with uncontrolled sugar leve she is taking Metformin 500 mg and Glimepride 2 mg tablets both OD.Her BP is not normally .Apart from above, she takes every small issue as tension in her life. During last 10 years, her all the Cholesterol levels are high when checked .Besides this she has anxiety,moods disorder lot of things linked to psychological problems. Also from last four months I have been observing that she is also affected with seizures I am trying my level best to some good Dr she is not cooperating and not willing to visit the Dr. I have changed my places for her Still she speaks some old issues and starts her day Request advice in suchway where she can be cured Tks

Ans: She needs reassurance of something she is fearful about.
Please take her to a Psychologist /Counsellor

Hello sir this is Nishat , I passed my 12th in the year 2023 with a good percentage but however I couldn’t see it for chemistry exam. So obviously I failed in that subject so I decided to again reappear for that exam and in 2024 I gave betterment exam from my state board in the subject biology and chemistry. However I scored far better in biology than last time but (Chemistry) I don’t know maybe it’s it’s because of the issues that we have with our board. I couldn’t score good marks so even I had decided to give (Chemistry) separately and so in 2024. I again set for (Chemistry) exam under nios I and I scored 80 so now the thing is that I’ll be having two mark sheet so while applying in need I cannot possibly select the code 2 because although I already have the state board certificate but the NIOS certificate is not yet out and it will be out by end of the March sir can I possibly select the code one that is appearing or will it create problems while counselling or is there any other option please help me out sir , I’m very desperate like I have prepared for neey for the last two years and I don’t want to put my hard work into vain. Please Sir help me out

Please select code 1 without any fear. Focus more on your study. But considering your fear and anxiety with the chemistry subject, it is recommended that you choose other options than NEET. This time you appear without any fear.
