Hello Dr my sugar level reads 103 highest til date and 67 lowest I ever tested but an on drugs for both hbp and sugar level,am I diabetic?

Hello doctor, Recently my fasting sugar tested at 103 and HB1AC 6.5. This is first time that my blood results are like this, other wise they were always good. I am 52 year old 84 kg weight with bit sedentary life style. I had steroids in last Jan due to my eye surgery and recently my doctor has started anti anxiety meds . Do u think I am going to be diabetic soon. Regards

Ans: This is almost diabetes. You need to take care of your diet and get some exercise on a daily basis to ensure that this doesn't get any worse. Avoiding carbs as much as possible, having an early dinner and getting sufficient sleep is important.

Ans: With the fasting and Post prandial sugar levels you fall into Diabetic bracket.
You need to get five reading
As you wake up, an hour after brrakfast
After lunch, before dinner and an hour after dinner

Nnamaste Dr. My random sugar came 190. Then got done fasting: 120, then PP:145, Hb1ac: 5.4. Am i a diabetic. Pl advice Thanks

Ans: These fasting and PP readings are pointing towards a pre-diabetic like situation. However, the HbA1c is within normal range, which indicates that your sugar excursions might be recent and temporary phenomenon.
Please reduce your carbohydrate intake. If you are overweight, reduce weight. adopt a healthy eating habit and 30 min of walk every day.

Keep a track of your blood sugar levels. After 3 months, get blood sugar, Fasting, 2 hr after meal and HbA1c repeated. You might need an Oral Glucose Tolerance test to get confirmation of condition.

As of now, nothing much to worry and a healthy lifestyle benefit everyone.

Ensure you have sufficient daily vitamin C, D and B12 intake.

Hello sir this is Nishat , I passed my 12th in the year 2023 with a good percentage but however I couldn’t see it for chemistry exam. So obviously I failed in that subject so I decided to again reappear for that exam and in 2024 I gave betterment exam from my state board in the subject biology and chemistry. However I scored far better in biology than last time but (Chemistry) I don’t know maybe it’s it’s because of the issues that we have with our board. I couldn’t score good marks so even I had decided to give (Chemistry) separately and so in 2024. I again set for (Chemistry) exam under nios I and I scored 80 so now the thing is that I’ll be having two mark sheet so while applying in need I cannot possibly select the code 2 because although I already have the state board certificate but the NIOS certificate is not yet out and it will be out by end of the March sir can I possibly select the code one that is appearing or will it create problems while counselling or is there any other option please help me out sir , I’m very desperate like I have prepared for neey for the last two years and I don’t want to put my hard work into vain. Please Sir help me out

Please select code 1 without any fear. Focus more on your study. But considering your fear and anxiety with the chemistry subject, it is recommended that you choose other options than NEET. This time you appear without any fear.
