Doctor, I am have High BP and Hypothyroid ,taking repace 50 mg morning and night & thryornorm 50 mcg .During midnight after peeing I am getting hungry and my arms are paining . my sleep gets disturbed . After i woke up in the morning i am getting hungry My sugar levels are fasting sugar is 102 pp is 113and H1ABc 4.7 Test done on oct 2nd . I met diabetic doctor she suggested to meet nephrologist .he told me that be because of BP it is happening He prescribed pregablin 75 .he ask me to stop taking non veg foods salt 5 grams per day. only certain fruits should be taken. and now doctor has reduced pregablin 75 mg to 50 mg . if i take the tablet i am getting good sleep but without taking tablet if i sleep I woke up at midnight with hunger ,In day time after urination iam getting hunger . Doctor I want to know why I am losing wait how to stop and regain the weight .pls explain me whether I would be able regain my weight and will be healthy

Ans: Disturbed sleep could be of many reason. One of the most important reason being time of dinner and what you had for dinner.
Early dinner closer to sunset and dinner meal consisting of complex Carbohydrate like Millers, parboiled hand pound rice, simple protein(particularly avoid animal protein) and no fat should be the resources for dinner meal
