I am 61 y old now. I have undergone angioplasty 3 times since 2009. Non hypertensive & non diabetics. No smoking. What is cause for frequent atherosclerosis.

Ans: Atherosclerosis is a sclerotic process which could be genetic, could be too much of early intellectualisation etc.
Once the process is set, it is an ongoing one. The progression can be delayed through lifestyle changes
1.Balanced nutrition
2.Add micronutrients to your food by eating raw veggies or smoothie once a day
3.Improve upon your physical activity, age appropriate
4.can take a multivitamin, antioxidant and Magnesium from natural sources

I had done 2nd time angiography & angioplasty (2010 & 2020) but still as on date sometimes feel pain on my left site of my heart & upper portion of my left arm. Dr. saheb your advise pl..Now i am 61 plus.

Ans: This will need a detailed assessment of your symptoms signs and some investigation as well.. you should see a good Cardiologist to rule out cardiac causes and possibility of non cardiac chest pain

I am 45 year old man. I do exercise 5 days a week. 30 minutes for 3 days and 50 minutes run on 2 days. My cholesterol is under 170. Heart beat resting is 56 to 65 . Have high blood pressure but making medicine temla 40 and temla 40 am. Have also asthma. Usually get pain on my heart area, but doctor's say this might be because of lungs. Any insight might help

Ans: Having asthma, you need to check how good your oxygenation levels. Exercices might aggregate the underlying asthmatic attack. Playing musical instruments, singing helps in improving your lung capacity
Also you can try Spirometric exercices to improve your lung function
Regulate your BP through restricted salt intake

I am 73 years old man and walk daily for about 30-40 mts.. I am a diabetic person with sugar level on Fasting in between 110-125 and PP in between 145-160. I am taking Metformin 500 mg and Glimepride 1 mg tablets both OD. My BP is normally 125/85. Apart from above, I donot have any other disease and also no tension in my life. During last 5-10 years, I am always having low total Cholesterol in the rage of 121-135 mg/dl. The HDL is in the range of 50-55, LDL in 40-45 & VLDL 30-35 mg/dl. The triglycerides are also in the range of 130-150 mg/dL. Now with these range, can I have Angina Pain or Heart Attack ?

Ans: Reason for Angina is not only High Cholesterol ,stress plays a very important role.So we cannot surely say that you will not have Angina/Heart Attack.

Hello sir. I m final year bcom student and my field is accounts and finance. After 3 to 4 month my bcom graduation will get over and i am planning to do MBA in finance. So i am planning to get admit in good mba college by writing pgcet exam. If i dint get good rank in pgcet then i wont join mba rather i will do job and gain experience of one year and then rewrite pgcet exam for good rank. So currently i am confused should i Focus on my pgcet prepration or should i focus on skills and courses like powerbi, advance excel, analysis etc.

Ans: If you are sure you want to get into a good MBA college, then focus on pgcet. Also can write other management entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, etc.

Sir i have done my engineering from tier 3 college and iam average in my academic also . But i have keen interest in management and want to dive into it . I am confused about appearing in Cat exam or not .

Ans: CAT is a good option as there are many colleges that accept CAT. It is definitely possible for a student from tier 3 institute to get into top Management college as long as you are able to crack the written test and are able to do well in the interview.

I have done my ug and pg in food technology. But after experiencing the food industry market I don't feel there is much scope for a girl that too with less experience to grow in this field. Should I go for an online MBA or should I go for some coding course to secure my career further. I'm confused.

Ans: Do something that you are interested in. So if you are interested in Coding then can take that up. But today coders also are facing problem with jobs due to AI. If you are interested in MBA then can go ahead and do an MBA. But try and do it from a good college else you will face problem in placements.

Ans: Regular MBA is always preferred over Online MBA unless you have a very good job at hand or due to some reasons you cannot leave your job. Distance / Online is similar in nature.

Ans: Yes. I have had doctors who have gone to do MBA from top institutes like IIM A, JBIMS, etc. They have got job in Healthcare consultancy in consultancy firm. One has gone to work as an Investment Banker in JP Morgan.
