I am 50 years old. I weigh 82kg and height is 5.6. How much time should I dedicate for walking? Actually my weight was105kg.By walking I have shed lot weight. What should be the approximate weight for my age?

I've completed my graduation (B.Sc) from Delhi University, however I've come to realise that my interest lies someplace else, I hold a passion and wish to persue masters in Psychology and be a clinical psychologist down the line, what should be my next steps? Am I eligible for a master's program in Psychology even though my undergrad is in Science?
