I am 49, I want my 6 packs instead of tummy. I started gym.. Is it possible to have before this year end.? For that what should I do?

Ans: Hi, firstly it is important to understand fitness and 6-pack abs are different things. Staying fit and having lean body with right nutrition and lifestyle is enough to keep you healthy and disease free.

Coming to your goal, it depends on what is your current fat % around abdomen, how many hours of exercise you're able to clock in to create deficit, how consistent and disciplined you are with the changes.

Hi sir , Iam male 27 years planning to reduce my current weight of 86KG hence planning to hit the gym. Iam concerned of abdominal fat. I left gym 3 yrs back when my weight was average 69kgs. However due to no physical activity weight increased. Now iam planning for reducing weight and also improve my strength with good muscular lean body not bulk. Please guide me sir thanks
