I AM 42 MALE. MY BP REMAINS 130/90 . TOTAL CHLOESTROL 161,HDL 42,LDL 115 . I WALK 4KM EVERYDAY AND REGULAR EXCERISE , GENERALLY MY BP FLUCTUATE FROM 90 TO 100 . MY SLEPP IS FINE 7-8 HRS, NOT DIABETIC SOME TIME PALPITATION IS THERE KINDLY GUIDE .

Ans: You need to monitor your BP over a week morning and evening in seated and supine position.
If there are fluctuations in the BP more than once or at specific time then you need to consult a family Physician.
Yoga helps in regulating BP
Also avoid extra salt intake through sauces, chutneys, pickles and pappd. Definitely no processed meat
