Sir my son is a Xavier student completed BBA in 2023 appeared in CAT two times and he managed to score 65-75 percentile. He is doing full time job with an Insurance company placement by college. Sir what he shall do now whether he should appear again in CAT or shall apply and complete his MBA in Marketing with other colleges. Please help with your valuable advice in this regard . Regards Manoj Goel(Father)

Ans: I would recommend him to keep writing CAT and simultaneously do a job. If he does not get admission to a good college, then he can later apply for executive MBA course. XLRI GMP course require 3 years work ex, Great lakes require 2 year work ex. Some of the top IIMs require 4 to 5 years of work ex.
