Sir, why do you always advice not to choose integrated btech -MS programms ?

Ans: Beeba, MTech-MS Programmes are also GOOD and students get placed. No Doubt. But most recruiters prefer 4 or 3-Year Under Graduates & very less recruiters prefer Integrated-MTech-MS Graduates as recruiters perceive they are either over-qualified or they expect more salary. Integrated-MS Programmes are GOOD also for further studies like PhD either in India or abroad. Gaining work experience as early as possible is more IMPORTANT than qualification. As such, it is preferable to go for UG-4-Year or 3-Year Programmes, gain 2-3 years work experience and then think about Masters, based on Interest, Job Market Trends & Financial Condition to purse Masters/PhD either in India or Abroad. Besides, most of the parents (even students) do not prefer their children to study for 5-years. They want their children to start earning as early as possible to get settled. All the BEST for Your Bright Future.
