Hello Sir, Our son is eligible for BTECH in IIT Madras AI and data analytics, IIT kanpur cse and electricals in all IITs based on last year jee advanced josaa. Which is the best option for future growth. He is interested to opt from any of these.

Ans: Preference order: AI + DS @ IIT Madras > CSE @ IIT Kanpur > Electrical @ IIT Kanpur. Yet, the basic interest of the candidate plays a more significant role in choosing the branch and institute. The final decision will be yours and your son's.

Sir, What shall be chosen B Tech CSE with DS at SRM KTR or Btech IT at JIIT Noida

Ans: Both are good options. SRM is more crowded and costly than JIIT. Choose SRM for maximum placement potential and JIIT for value and location preference. As an aside, prefer CSE+DS @ SRM KTR if possible.

I got 2300 OBC RANK IN JEE B ARCH.BUT MY 12 PERCENTAGE IS 73.5.CAN I APPLY FOR JOSAA OR WAIT FOR MY IMPROVME NT RESULT THEN APPLY FOR CSAP. One more answer whether the result of improvement come before CSAP counselling ,

Ans: You can apply for JoSAA now, but for CSAB, you should wait for improvement results if they can raise your 75% eligibility, because CSAB eligibility requires meeting criteria. Improvement results usually come before CSAB rounds, but timing is not guaranteed, so plan cautiously. It is better to explore other options from a safer point of view.

My son got 39460 Rank in jee mains he is gettting Mathematics n computing in IIIT Bhopal, Mechanical / smart manufacturing in IIIT Jabalpur, ECE n AI in IIIT Vadodra n ECE / mechatronics in SGSITS pls suggest which one he should go

Ans: The preference order may be: MnC @ Bhopal > ECE @ Vadodara > ECE @ SGSITS > Mech @ IIIT Jabalpur. The final choice and decision will be yours. Considering the options you have, choose the college that is nearer to your home.

Ans: The preference order may be: VIT Vellore > Jaypee > SRM > Thapar. Recommending to go with IT @ Jaypee (best location advantage for Delhi + decent coding placements)

Which is better for chemical engineering branch RVCE Bangalore or IISER bhopal

Ans: There are two aspects. One from a placement point of view and the other from a research/PhD point of view. W.r.t. placement, prefer RVCE over Bhopal. But if you are more inclined towards research and doing a PhD, then go with IISER Bhopal. Most of the time, students go with RVCE. The final decision will be yours.

My daughter has qualified for Btech CSE from Shiv Nadar university noida and also for cse vit vellore can you suggest which one is good. We are preferring SNU . Kindly suggest

Ans: Preference order may be: CSE @ VIT Vellore > CSE @ Shiv Nadar > CSE @ SNU. SNU is good but has lower brand value and a weaker placement record than VIT.
