Sir only problem i have in going to kiit SRM and vit is their selection criteria... Many students scoring less like 70percentile in jee have got similar streams in kiit and vit with a better rank than me.. so will it be a big of a problem if I join Amrita?

Ans: Please give importance to (1) College (2) Placements (3) Quality of Education (4) Location & set aside which category of students in the college. You have nothing to do with that. Everyone has the 'Right to Education'. Some students with 50-60% percentile join Top Colleges through 'Management Quota'. You will have opportunity to help / teach 70 percentile students (if they have doubts) by which you can improve your knowledge. Academic performance is just one of the factors to be successful in career. NOT the only factor. Even some average students get placed in Campus Recruitment due to some non-academic factors such as Communication Skills & other Personality Traits. Hope you have understood my points. I have scored 90% in XIIth CBSE. My Amrita rank is 26k, and VIT I have been assigned counseling for Amravathi, and Bhopal campuses. As a back up I have blocked a seat at SRMIST Ramapuram for CSE and have also been called from Amritha Coimbatore for CSE. Which one should I choose between the 2, SRMIST or Amrita. Do I stand a chance for integrated Mtech at VIT with 90% marks in CBSE. I have also applied at SNU and SSN, do I stand a chance for these colleges. Kindly advice.

Ans: Between Amrita Coimbatore (CSE) and SRMIST Ramapuram (CSE), Amrita Coimbatore is clearly the stronger choice. It is ranked higher, has a better reputation among employers, and offers superior placement outcomes, with a placement rate of about 95% for CSE and a history of top recruiters visiting campus. SRMIST Ramapuram is a good backup, but its main campus (Kattankulathur) is more prestigious than Ramapuram. For VIT, your current counseling call for Amravati/Bhopal suggests you may not get integrated MTech at the preferred Vellore or Chennai campuses, though you are eligible with 90% CBSE marks. SNU and SSN are both excellent options if you secure admission, as they offer strong academic and placement records. Recommendation: Prioritize Amrita Coimbatore CSE over SRMIST Ramapuram. If you receive an offer from SNU or SSN, consider those as well, as both are on par or better than Amrita for CSE. Use VIT Amravati/Bhopal only as a backup. All the best for your admission and a bright future!

Hello Ma'am, I have been married for almost 14 years and have a 10 year old. A few months ago my husband found some intimate chats of mine with someone else. I am extremely remorseful of my actions. Honestly those chats happened because my husband never showed me any love or concern. However I know that's not excuse to have those chats. After seeing those chats he got extremely angry and threw me out of the house. It's been more than 3 months. He is not willing to forgive me. Ans: Hello mam. I understand that you are in a bad situation where your kid is also involved. You can convince your husband by requesting him to trust you one last time and let me take you back and your daughter needs you in every way now. She is 10 and will have hormonal changes soon which only a mother will be able to make a daughter understand. She will feel more comfortable with you. Try to convince your husband that you will be a good wife. Try this and plz tell me your feedback.

I might get Uiet Electrical as a girl student I don't want to do electrical..I got thapar Coe branch ..which one to prefer for scope and placements

Ans: Hello, dear. Your thought process is correct to some extent, but not always. Even as a female candidate, you have bright career opportunities in electrical engineering. However, it would be better to consider CSE @ Thapar, which is an excellent option for you.

Ans: While doing Integrated course which leads to MBA, first you need to check placements of the MBA course in that college. Jindal is not a known MBA college and so the placements may not be good.

With 2,75,968 rank in JEE main General, Male candidate and 61% in PCM suggest options in JOASA and CSAB.

Ans: Hello dear.
Prefer the core branches in JOSAA and core plus computer and computer-related branches in CSAB. With the mentioned rank, one must use a trial and error method in the counseling process.

Sir my daughter in 10th got 89% completed 12th science and got 61% HSC Maharashtra board, She gave entrance for BBA in symbiosis, Xaviers but didn't get through , she gave MHCET BBA/BMS where she got 92 percentile. How is BMS stream ,later she will do MBA. As now she is not interested in IT nor in medical stream and not interested in science field and also due to low percentage, she wants to pursue commerce field , which is better stream , BMS or Bcom or BAF

Ans: BBA or BMS are the same degree with different names. Since she wants to pursue management as a career. BMS would be preferred graduate degree as compared to BCom. She can do BAF is she is interested in Accounts, else sticking to BMS would be better.

Sir, I completed my Diplamo in Civil Engineering in 2006 and got a Job in Larsen & Toubro Limited through campus interview. Now almost 19 years are over. I am started to seek opportunity outside of present company due to enormous stress & biased decisions involved in working premises. However I feel that Diplamo is insufficient and no longer valid to get Jobs in any MNCs similiar to L&T who considers degree qualification at entry level Hence I am planning to Pursue MBA degree through online as well as Primavera P6. Because I am unable to find universities who can offer B.E / B.Tech Civil Engineering in online. So will i get Job in MNCs with Diplamo in Civil ( Planning Engineer), MBA Degree, wellversed in Primavera Planning tool. Please advice.

Ans: Usually doing MBA requires you to have a Graduate degree. Diploma is not considered graduate degree. So you would have to pursue graduation first (can be done through correspondence) before doing MBA.

I'm a 41-year-old businessman. I live in Ahmedabad with my wife and two kids, aged 12 and 8. Whenever I come home from a trip, my wife starts blaming me for everything that happened during the week. I call her every day and all I get to hear is I am a bad husband and father. She expects me to be home by 7 every day. She knows I am a businessman and my work timings are never fixed. I travel for work and meetings so I make up once a week by spending time with the kids. She feels it's not enough. We have hired maids to help my wife but she never takes responsibility. She never appreciates my hard work or how I struggle to give them a good life. She is always been complaining about something. Is this emotional manipulation or just bad communication?

Ans: Hello sir. I understand your situation. For a businessman, these things are very normal. They have to balance both the things. Your wife may be facing same issues. She is also handling house and kids. And she needs your time also. Try to manage your time in an efficient way and try to spend some more time with your family. They need you and so as your business. If you can give some of your business work to your wife, that may also help. I hope this solves your problem.

Sir I am have 15k rank in ComedK and i am getting chemical engineering in RVCE/MSRIT/BMSCE. I have also blocked a seat at Shiv Nadar University Noida in Electrical and Computer engineering. I have no interest in taking placements and want to go with wither higher studies like MBA/ GATE or go for MPPSC/ IB ACIO examinations . Which college should I prefer?

Ans: Go to a college which is ranked higher as you will get a better peer group who would want to go in for further studies.
