Dear Sir My son is currently in 9th - CBSE board. His ultimate aim is getting into IIT. He wants to focus exclusively in national Olympiads Maths and science in Class 10th . He wants to know if there are some good dummy school for Class X - CBSE , which will enable his objective. If yes, will there be any eligibility issue for the same once he appears for JEE Mains after clearing 12th. I support his decision that in scenario if he doesn't clears JEE in 1st attempt, instead of then wasting 1 year at home, and again preparing for JEE, why don't he get the preparations underway from Class 10th onwards, sincerely prepare for olympiads thereby getting an edge in JEE preparation once he enters class 11th. Request your advise regarding availibility of 10th Dummy school and whether there will be some eligibility issue afterwards. Thanks and Regards Ashish

Sir, I work as data analyst for e-commerce company in Gurgaon with Statistics degree for 4 years. I analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and inventory management. I good with Excel, SQL, and basic Python but I see that AI and machine learning becoming essential for advanced analytics. My company hiring data scientists with advanced AI skills and I want to transition into that role. But they usually prefer candidates with advanced degrees or specialized AI courses. I have practical experience with data analysis but lack formal AI training. Should I pursue online AI course, get Master degree, or try to learn on job? There are so many options - machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing. Which areas should I focus for e-commerce applications? Dear Dr. Natarajan, I am branch manager at public sector bank in Pune with MBA in Finance and 12 years banking experience. Banking industry changing completely with artificial intelligence and fintech companies. Our bank introduced many AI tools - chatbots for customer queries, algorithms for loan approval, and systems that can detect fraud automatically. While this good for efficiency, I feel that traditional banking jobs becoming less important. Many routine tasks that we used to do now automated. Young fintech companies attracting customers with better digital services. As mid-level banking professional, how can I reinvent my career for stay relevant? Should I focus for learning about AI and fintech or should I develop expertise in areas where human touch still important like wealth management?

Ans: Hello dear.
If he is struggling in 11th grade, it could be due to a few specific chapters. Encourage him to focus on those areas or consider hiring expert personal tutors to help him with the 11th syllabus. However, one thing is certain: he should not consider taking a gap year at this point. Allow him to prepare, sit for the examination, and then wait for the results (anticipated score after the exam). Your son has two opportunities to attempt the JEE. Let him take both attempts before deciding on the possibility of a gap year.

Hello sir i am a 12th passout student ..i passed my 12th this year only from pcm with ip i scored 72% i was expecting above 82% ..after calculating my answers ..but due to 3rd party checking maybe i scored lower secondly i was not able to study properly due to my health issues throught out the year ..first typhoid then malaria ..then death in my close relation ..i am so confused right now ..which college should i take addmission in ...or should i take a drop as i have applied for improvement exam and prepare for jee because i am a above average student scoring 95 percent in my class 10th ..due you think i have potential to give jee ..

Dr. Natarajan ji, I work in pharmaceutical sales in Rajasthan covering rural areas for 6 years after B.Pharma. Pharma industry where I working changing very fast because of digital health and AI. Before I used to meet doctor personally and build relation for promote our medicine. Now many doctor prefer online meeting and there is AI tool that can analyze prescription pattern and suggest best medicine to patient. Some company using chatbot for answer basic medical query. I worry that traditional sales job like mine might not need in future. How can pharma sales professional adapt to digital health revolution? Should me learn about health tech and AI or should me focus for develop other skill like key account management? What new opportunity emerging in healthcare sector?
