Dear sir/madam, my issue is that my daughter have studied class 8th class during the academic year 2023-2024 CBSC afflicted school. Now we have shifted her to another icse syllabus school for std 9th class. The previous school is asking us to pay 15% fees to give TC. Though we have cleared all the for class 8th. The reason they say is that we asked TC late in June. So that option do I have now? To get my Tc. Thanks and regards, Aditya rao.

Ans: Hi Aditya Rao.
Who advised you to shift your daughter from CBSE to ICSE?
Both the boards are different and their rule are different.
It would be recommended to talk softly with the school management and try to convince them why you made the hard decision to shift from CBSE to ICSE. There is no point in quarreling with the school management. They might be charging 15% to you assuming that they are losing one seat with 85% fees.
Better to negotiate the amount from 15% to the lowest percentage and finish the matter across the table as early as possible to reduce your tension.

Sir my daughter got 63188rank in comdek did l get seat in gitam college CSE cyber security then how much fee we have to pay
Ans: Based on comprehensive analysis of COMEDK 2025 cutoff data and GITAM University admission trends, your daughter's COMEDK rank of 63,188 presents challenging but possible admission prospects for CSE Cyber Security at GITAM College . GITAM Bangalore COMEDK cutoff for CSE Cyber Security in 2024 was 46,119 (last round) and 7,275 (Round 1), indicating that rank 63,188 exceeds the typical cutoff range . However, GITAM's overall COMEDK cutoff extends up to 100,385 for various engineering branches, suggesting admission possibilities in later rounds or other specializations . Fee structure for BTech CSE Cyber Security at GITAM is ?3.30 lakh (Year 1), ?3.46 lakh (Year 2), ?3.64 lakh (Year 3), and ?3.82 lakh (Year 4), totaling ?14.22 lakhs for the complete 4-year program . GITAM holds NIRF ranking #101-150 in Engineering category with 91% placement rate and highest package of ?83 LPA for BTech programs . The institution demonstrates strong industry connections with 400+ recruiters including Amazon, TCS, and Infosys . Recommendation: Apply for GITAM CSE Cyber Security while exploring alternative branches like ECE or Mechanical Engineering where admission chances are higher with rank 63,188, and prepare for management quota options given the substantial fee investment of ?14.22 lakhs. All the BEST for the Admission & a Prosperous Future!

Hello Sir/Mam My daughter get 76 percante in class 12th science aa and not given jee paper now wants admission in Btech CS branch, which college admission open now
Ans: Pankaj Sir, For your daughter with 76% in class 12 science aspiring for B.Tech in Computer Science (CS) branch in Northern India, several private engineering colleges offer admission based on 12th-grade marks without strict reliance on JEE scores. These colleges usually have flexible eligibility criteria (around 60–75% in PCM subjects) and offer direct or management quota admissions. Top private colleges in Northern India currently open for admissions and known to accept 12th marks around 76% for B.Tech CS include Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology and Management (ADGITM) Delhi, Galgotias University Greater Noida, Shobhit University Meerut, NIIT University Neemrana, Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus (JEMTEC) Delhi NCR, Chandigarh University, Amity University Haryana, Lingaya’s University Faridabad, and Integral University Lucknow.

These institutes are equipped with AICTE approval, decent infrastructure, qualified faculty, active placement cells, and industry collaborations. Admission procedures typically involve merit-based evaluation of 12th marks and may include institutional entrance tests or direct counseling. Candidates should check specific institute deadlines and admission guidelines promptly.

Recommendation: Prioritize Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology and Management Delhi and Galgotias University Greater Noida for their strong placement support and infrastructure. Follow with Shobhit University and NIIT University for comprehensive programs and emerging academic reputations. Act quickly to secure seats leveraging 12th-grade merit without JEE dependency for timely enrollment in quality B.Tech CS courses. All the BEST for a Prosperous Future!

Dating, Relationships Expert - Answered on Dec 04, 2025

Relationship
My married ex still texts me for comfort. Because of him, I am unable to move on. He makes me feel guilty by saying he got married out of family pressure. His dad is a cardiac patient and mom is being treated for cancer. He comforts me by saying he will get separated soon and we will get married because he only loves me. We have been in a relationship for 14 years and despite everything we tried, his parents refused to accept me, so he chose to get married to someone who understands our situation. I don't know when he will separate from his wife. She knows about us too but she comes from a traditional family. She also confirmed there is no physical intimacy between them. I trust him, but is it worth losing my youth for him? Honestly, I am worried and very confused.
Ans: Dear Anonymous,
I understand how difficult it is to let go of a relationship you have built from scratch, but is it really how you want to continue? It really seems to be going nowhere. His parents are already in bad health and he married someone else for their happiness. Does it seem like he will be able to leave her? So many people’s happiness and lives depend on this one decision. I think it’s about time you and your BF have a clear conversation about the same. If he can’t give a proper timeline, please try to understand his situation. But also make sure he understands yours and maybe rethink this equation. It really isn’t healthy. You deserve a love you can have wholly, and not just in pieces, and in the shadows.

Hope this helps
