How an MBA degree is suitable for a regular non engineering student without any work experience? Also please enlighten me which one is better MBA or PGDMA ?

Ans: Technically it does not matter if it is MBA or PGDBA, what matters is the college that gives the degree. Most of the top IIMs used to provide PGDBA but now they provide an MBA degree. Usually if it is a university management course (affiliated to university) then the degree is MBA, if it is course provided by college (without university affiliation) then it is PGDBA.
When you are doing MBA, it does not matter if you an Engineer or not. You can choose your career based on your interest. Can choose among Consulting, Finance, General Management, Marketing, HR, etc.
