The main benefit is that in Germany for girls education is absolutely free, even for students of other countries. In few universities hardly you need to pay only 200 to 300 Euros per semester. After completing some required credit after two years she can come out with only Master Degree also and may discontinue Ph.D, otherwise she can take admission only in MS. I will never recommend USA for MS in Psychology, because the expense is too high in USA.
