Hello, I gave my NEET this year, and you know how the paper went. My parents don't want me to take a drop, because they don't know how hard the paper will be. Just like this year. I'm 17. I got my BOARD marks, and they also aren't good. My parents are getting a chance to send me to Georgia to continue my MBBS, but my mom is against it. She's making me do BSc where I don't want to. I've always wanted to become a doctor, She feels that since I couldn't crack NEET UG, how will I ever crack PG? She thinks I can't focus. And I don't blame her. I feel like I have ADHD, but I just can't tell my parents. How can I convince my parents to please let me do MBBS in Georgia?

Ans: Hello Neeyam.
Please talk with your any family member to which you are comfortable and your parents too. The problem can be solved with mutual discussion only. There are many pros and cons of persuing MBBS at abroad. First know them very well and then decide about study at abroad. Or simply talk with your parents very closely and ask them to give you one more chance to appear for NEET and board exam (improvement) to prove yourself. Nothing is impossible in the life. Many students have cracked NEET while repeating. You can also be one of them. If possible, ask your parents to talk with me also via follow-up section. Best of luck to your upcoming future.

I have given NEET UG 3 times but I have improved from 100 to 500 this time but as of now my parents don't want me to take drop again instead they want me to switch to BTech Biotech from reputed college and start focusing my career on that and forget about neet . What should I do i am completely blanked , my parents are not getting convince also to give me one more year neet ... I don't want myself to regret in future ever for not choosing my dream path and switching to quick career choice in my parents choice .... Please guide me?

500 is a good score, you can get admission with this score. If you don't want to regret then go for it. Make your parents understand.

hello i want to become a doctor so i gave neet but due to some issues i couldnt clear neet even after my 1 drop attempt my parents dont want me to give neet they are saying i m foolish and i cant make descision preoperly. i want a drop year but they wont allow me cause they cant keep me home . being a girl they want me to complete my studies and get married as soon as possible but i dont want to that i am sure that if i even take a partial drop i can score well in neet 2025. i am coonfused right now idk what to do please help me

I am a 17 years old student of PCB i took addmission in Kota for prep of neet but messed my 1 year then i asked my parents to tranfer to hometown but they didn't now its about 6 months in 12th board i forcefully got back to my home but not from last 1 month they continuously say that you can't do it and so on. Now i also feel because my 11th messed up half 12th messed up now i started preparing but now they don't support any more and also they denied that they will not allow me to drop 1 year ??

Ans: Hello.
Those who leave their homes town and shift to either Kota or any other city for the preparation of NEE/JEE, happen with many students. Nothing new happens with you also. Unable to understand, you messed 1st year in Kota? Despite your request, your parents did not respond to you on time. It seems that there is a lot of communication between you and your parents or there might be confusion from either side. Now, either forcefully or with consent, you are shifted to your hometown. It is suggested that, by staying at home town, take the help of local teachers and focus of studies. If possible, join a test series with reputed offline/online platforms. Keep all other worries/aspects aside for the coming few months. Before appearing for the examination, there is no need to think about taking a drop.

I've completed my graduation years and want to give CDS and Afcat but my father is not allowing me to take a drop he wants me to go for MBA in other city so I have to live in a hostel.I'm bit worried as if I stay in hostel will they allow me to take cds and afcat exam

Ans: Yes you can write CDS or any other exam. These exams are usually on weekends and you can go to write the exam. Both MBA entrance and CDS are aptitude exams consisting of Math, English and Logic. So one could partly help the other.

I got a jee advanced obc rank 10k I'm a girl is there any chance of getting into lower IITs mechanical or engineering physics?? I've seen the last year cutoffs for obc female but all of them ended at 9000s only because the number of obc students qualified last year was 9400 something (I don't remember the exact figure) but this year obc students have increased...so please give me clarity on that if I have a chance to get into IIT...my mains was also not good I got 11k obc rank in mains and with mains rank I'm getting IIIT kurnool...but according to last year cutoff I had a chance to get into IIIT kancheepuram soo if not IITs which IIIT should I choose I've heard placements are not so good in kancheepuram and kurnool and I've no chance to get into IIIT Allahabad and Gwalior...so please suggest some good IIIT

Ans: M.Sc in Physics will have less scope in other countries. If you don't go for Ph.D you can try for Admin jobs of Govt. through state PSC or you can apply for central Govt. admin jobs through UPSC. For school teaching you need to complete B.Ed.
