Hello, i have already worked in OEM for 12 years in which i was working in a quality team a member, now i have got a chance to work in one of electric OEM which is moving toward M/P and i have got position of Lead-Process quality. I want to know like changing a company and changing of work area to AF and handling a team, how the things could work out?

Ans: I think you didn't go for the update of your Bio-Data. Go for an online MBA course as per your choice. Since you are in Automotive sector you can go for MBA (Operations).
