My son did B. Tech in Mech Engineering and presently working in EXL as buisness analyst. Should he continues in same company or switch to main stream company in whicj he did the B Tech. Please advise me.

Ans: Encourage your son to reflect on his long-term career aspirations. Does he see himself continuing in business analysis or returning to an engineering role? Evaluate the work environment, company culture, and growth prospects at EXL. Does he feel challenged and motivated? If he enjoys the analytical aspects of business analysis and wants to build expertise in that field, staying at EXL might be a good choice. Compare compensation packages, benefits, and perks. Consider factors like health insurance, retirement plans, and work-life balance.

If he wants to return to mainstream engineering, he can explore opportunities in manufacturing, product design, or related fields. Research mainstream engineering companies and compare their work culture, growth opportunities, and alignment with his interests.
