My daughter got 570 marks in NEET-24, 91 percentile in JEE-main, 4650 rank in IISER. Her basic need is MBBS only, further interested in IISER also. But as per result, we don't find any possibility. Hence decided to another year drop for MBBS. Pl guide

Ans: Tapan Sir, Some students commit the mistakes of targeting both JEE & NEET. There are a very few students who can score good percentile / marks / rank in both (exceptional cases). She can go for a drop for next year for NEET, but (1) she should first analyze what went wrong this year and how to fix it (2) Changes her preparation strategies (3) should focus more on the subject in which she scored lowest this year (4) should focus only on NEET (5) Above all, should have Plan B & Plan C also. All the BEST Sir for your Daughter.
