Sir, My company has not paid my salary for 4.5 months which comes to around ?12L. I have since quite the company and I also sent legal notice but they haven't responded to that too. I found out recently that they have done the same for other employees as well. There is no hope of any negotiations with them is there anything I can do. Name of the company is Inviz AI (inviz.ai). Your advise and help would be greatly appreciated.

Ans: Dear

Suggest all those who have not received salary you form a group and first approach management jointly and if things don't work out then talk to a lawyer.

However personally ai don't recommend legal route... because it's draining... emotionally, financially and takes away the energy. Better to focus on new initiatives.

Hello Sir/Madam, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing this email to seek advice regarding an unresolved issue with my pending salary from my previous employer. Despite leaving the company in May 2023, I have yet to receive my due payments. I have sent numerous reminders through email, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, and I have also met with them face-to-face twice. It has been a common practice at my previous company to delay the full and final settlement for employees who resign. Timely salary payments have also been an ongoing issue, often requiring follow-up calls every month. Furthermore, the company has not been providing facilities for deducting PF, gratuity, or other employee benefits, which is a total exploitation of employees. Although the company began opening PF accounts last year following government regulations, the overall compliance remains insufficient. Given the company’s established presence in the IT industry for over 30 years and its workforce of more than 100 employees, it is disheartening to experience such treatment. I have served the company for more than 17 years, but they have never paid my salary on time, even though the company is financially sound. Dear sir, I have been working in pharma segment n I have a terrible experience to share almost 5–6 companies have not settle my genuine dues of salaries and expenses. Some are almost 5–8 yrs old n the latest one is almost 75 days old. Some have some special statements written on there appointment letters, which gives them freedom , and others seem to have no concerns at all. I cannot take legal action against them as a don't have so much money. In the latest episode, my company says that they cannot give me my full n final till the time stockist does not pays his dues to the company. In this regards, I want to inform you that 1 I have no dues on the stockist 2 I have returned all my property 3 companies settlement time is of 45 days 4 after fighting so long I have received one part as salary but expenses are still held they say that they will only settle my dues when the stockist pays his pending payments. 1 I have no dues certificate from all stockists 2 And my views on this is 1 I'm not in organization now, how am I responsibile for the old payments of my time, because it's responsibility of the current staff to follow up for his secondary n payments 2 party's due on company is around rs 46000 but stockist already has non sellable goods of rs 70000 in his shelf . 3 the current staff do not meet the stockist, help in liquidation of stocks or clearing payments. Kindly help me with your detailed view in how to get my ffs from this organization as I have 1 written several times on main with no proper response. 2 I have called many times to hr n concerned managers but they repeat same thing, ie payments of one stockist Kindly help me with solution to get my ffs from this n old pharma companies. Hello I joined private ltd. firm in October, 2024. The company has not provided me appointment letter and salary slip but credited my salary in my account. When I asked for appointment letter and salary slips the company just forwarded me mail on 20th January 2025 to handover the charge to other person without any notice to me which I did. Now they are not paying my December salary and January, 2025 full and final settlement. I was property manager in the company. Please suggest me what can be done in this case.

Dear Sir, I did my BTech from a normal engineering college not very famous. The teaching was not great and hence i did not study well. I tried my best to learn coding including all the technologies like html,css,javascript,react js,dba,php because i wanted to be a web developer But nothing seem to enter my head except html and css. I don't understand a language which has more complexities. Is it because of my lack of experience or not devoting enough time. I am not sure. I did many courses online and tried to do diplomas also abroad which i passed somehow. I recently joined android development course because i like apps but the teaching was so fast that i could not memorize anything. There was no time to even take notes down. During the course i did assignments and understood the code because i have to pass but after the course is over i tend to forget everything. I attempted a lot of interviews. Some of them i even got but could not perform well so they let me go. Now due to the AI booming and job markets in a bad shape i am re-thinking whether to keep studying or whether its just time waste. Since 3 years i am doing labour type of jobs which does not yield anything to me for survival and to pay my expenses. I have the quest to learn everything but as soon as i sit in front of the computer i listen to music or read something else. What should i do to stay more focused? What should i do to make myself believe confident. Is there still scope of IT in todays world? Kindly advise.

I am 61. I have a partial removable denture(upper). I also have bridges in both upper and lower. I was suggested to go for implants. Will it be okay to go for implants at a later part of the life. Is it safe both health and moneywise ? Will it be cheaper if we go for full implant with 4 in one ; if so it may need to wait for few more year let other teeth will also fall.. Please guide and advise on implants

Please be assured, AGE isn't a barrier for implants. But overall health is a factor. Your dentist will assess your bone density, gum health, and general medical history before he places your implants.

Implants have some definite advantages over removable dentures. They provide a stable and secure fit, improved chewing and speech.
And with proper care may last for 10-15 years or more.
On the negative side, upfront cost of implants can be higher, surgery cannot be avoided and healing can take 3-6 months.

Cost-wise, Implants can be more cost-effective in the long run.
"All-on-4" implants might be cheaper than individual implants, but waiting might lead to deterioration of bone health, making the process more complex.

Consult your dentist about:
- Your specific oral health situation
- Bone density scan (to check if you have enough bone for implants)
- Cost estimates and financing options
- Timeline for the procedure.

My 12 year old son has 2 parallel lines of teeth. One front and the other behind. So far in the behind only 2 teeths are there one in each side. Will this cause any serious issues for him? He has speech problem. Could this be the reason? Does he need to take any immediate corrective procedure?

This situation of "2 parallel lines of teeth" arises when permanent teeth erupt BEFORE the deciduous teeth (or milk teeth) have been shed. This indicates a mis-alignment of the permanent teeth. The shedding of milk teeth is dependent on the permanent teeth exerting pressure on them as they grow.
This mis-alignment, indeed, could be the cause of his speech problem.
My advice to you is to consult a competent pediatric dentist or an orthodontist (a dentist who realigns crooked teeth) soon so that corrective measures can be taken.

I went to dentist i got broken teeth cemented . dentist advised me not to chew anything with cemented teeth it's a life time instruction. Sorry to hear about your fall and the resultant damage to your teeth.
Honestly, it's best to follow your dentist's advice, but I understand your problem. Eating can be a challenge.
Please ask your dentist about sturdier alternatives like dental crowns or bridges. These can provide extra protection and might let you chew more comfortably.

In the meantime, stick to soft foods which do not put pressure on your compromised teeth, or soups. You can also try cutting your food into smaller pieces to reduce pressure on the tooth.

I understand how difficult it is to let go of a relationship you have built from scratch, but is it really how you want to continue? It really seems to be going nowhere. His parents are already in bad health and he married someone else for their happiness. Does it seem like he will be able to leave her? So many people’s happiness and lives depend on this one decision. I think it’s about time you and your BF have a clear conversation about the same. If he can’t give a proper timeline, please try to understand his situation. But also make sure he understands yours and maybe rethink this equation. It really isn’t healthy. You deserve a love you can have wholly, and not just in pieces, and in the shadows.

Every home has a different routine and share of responsibilities. So, there's no standard norm to challenge it as normal or not!
So, if you want your husband to pitch in, then say it in clear terms, especially since he has told you to tell him what to do.
Once you have told him, do make sure to ask him: Will you find it convenient to do it now or later? If later, when?
This will ensure that he makes a statement of commitment, so there's no question of forgetting it, right? Play it smart...it's better than feeling bad about the situation or mulling over why something does not work.
