I have cleared my 10th board with 95% I am ensured with stream to choose PCM or PCB I don't know which field I am better suited for sometimes I like maths and sometimes biology I have I don't know which field I am interested in. I do also love physics. my parents also give me a full freedom to choose a stream that I prefer can you please give me some suggestions?

Ans: Sit comfortably and detach from your books and notes for three days. No mobile, no Laptop, no guest. Just stay with yourself for three days and ask yourself whether you want to be doctor/computer engineer/Biotechnology professional/B.Pharm/Mechanical Engineer/ MBA. You will surely get the answer.

Ans: Go for PCM. Since you love Physics and Chemistry your interest in Chemistry may be slightly less. Complete 12th Standard with PCM and then seek further guidance. Professor

My class 10th exams with 95% overall I score 99 in biology 92 and mathematics I prefer both subject equally I have a keen interest in physics(95%) I'm struggling to choose between PCM and bcb in class 11th because I am not sure whether I am better suited for biology or mathematics in West Bengal student prayer prefer PC MB but I feel might concerned about handling the pressure of 4 core subjects have already advised me to go for PCM for engineering and PCB for medical but my problem is I am not able to understand that I am should I go for biology or should I go for math with PCM of PCB can you please suggest what stream might be more suitable for me considered considering my strength and interest?

Ans: Admission to some lower- or mid-tier IPU-affiliated colleges is possible, especially in non-top branches or in later/spot rounds, but admission to top IPU colleges/branches will be difficult. It is advisable to search for a reputed private college if your daughter is interested in top tech branches, from a safer point of view.

Respected Sir, My daughter has cleared JEE Mains with CRL rank of 46654, home state Chandigarh and General Category. Can she get admission in CSE or ECE in a reputed college like PEC Chandigarh. If she gets VLSI design in PEC will that be a good option. Thank you

Ans: Chances in CSE/ECE at PEC Chandigarh seem very challenging (almost dim). VLSI Design is realistic and a good branch with a solid future scope in semiconductors/electronics. Worth considering if she is comfortable with an electronics-oriented curriculum.

Ans: Try with lower-demand branches in some newer/lower-cutoff NITs/IIITs may be possible in later rounds/CSAB; if he has a solid branch at SNU, that may be the stronger option unless a clearly better fit appears.

Ans: Chances of getting a seat in a mid- or top NIT are slim/dim. You may have slim chances only in lower-demand NITs/GFTIs. Participate in both CSAB and JoSAA, and keep strong backups ready

I have got CRL 8630 , SC 513, 87.98 percentile . Home state - West Bengal. In Jee Mains Paper 2A (B.ARCH). Cann anyone please help me with the colleges i can get ( mostly Nits or Spa if possible , also other good affordable colleges).

Ans: You have a strong chance for several NIT B.Arch programs and possibly lower/mid SPAs, but SPA Delhi is unlikely unless cutoffs shift significantly. Please target NITs like NIT Hamirpur/Patna/Raipur/Bhopal, IIEST Shibpur, BIT Mesra, and state architecture colleges.

Ans: Try lower-tier Haryana government/private colleges and realistic CSE/ECE options at private institutes, keeping branch flexibility (IT/AI/EEE) open rather than insisting only on top CSE/ECE colleges.
