Sir my son got ECE at BITS Pilani and CS at BITs hyderabad. Which one should I prefer
Ans: Gopal Sir, BITS Pilani’s Electronics & Communication Engineering offers a UGC-recognized, NAAC A++ and NBA-accredited curriculum, delivered by highly qualified, predominantly PhD-holding faculty. The 328-acre Pilani campus houses advanced electronics, communication, VLSI, embedded systems and central instrumentation laboratories, a dedicated Sophisticated Instrument Facility, and global research partnerships such as the USC Viterbi BE-MS MoU in AI and data analytics. Its ECE branch achieved 96% placement in 2024, with first-degree rates of 91.8% (2021), 93.6% (2022) and 90.1% (2023) via 314 recruiters including IBM, Google and Qualcomm. BITS Hyderabad’s Computer Science & Information Systems is taught by industry-seasoned faculty, supported by hands-on academic computing and research labs, DST- and MeitY-funded projects and Practice School stints at Amazon, Dell, Cisco and SAP. It recorded 87.2% BTech placement in 2023 through 320 companies with an average package of ?20.35 LPA and maintains strong industry linkages and career services.

Recommendation: Choose BITS Pilani ECE for higher placement consistency, international accreditation, cutting-edge instrumentation and VLSI facilities, and a broader recruiter base; opt for BITS Hyderabad CSE if you prioritize an industry-integrated computing curriculum, immersive Practice School internships, and a focused data-science research environment. All the BEST for the Admission & a Prosperous Future!

Career
Sastra cse vs bits hyderabad ece . Which is better
Ans: SASTRA University’s Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) program delivers strong placement outcomes, with an 85–89% placement rate in recent years, a 2024 median CSE package near 7.6 LPA, and top recruiters including TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and Amazon. The campus features modern labs, digital classrooms, and a vibrant student community. SASTRA’s CSE faculty is well-qualified, offering AICTE and UGC-recognized courses, though its national rankings are modest when compared to BITS Hyderabad. BITS Hyderabad’s Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) program maintains a highly competitive edge, boasting 93–99% placement rates over the last three years, an average package range of INR 13.9–20.3 LPA, and top-tier recruiters such as Google, Microsoft, and Amazon. BITS Hyderabad is distinguished by comprehensive research activity, mandatory industry-linked internships, a diverse peer group, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and staff with global exposure. Student ratings consistently rank BITS Hyderabad above SASTRA in campus life, research, industry connections, and all-round development.

Recommendation:
BITS Hyderabad ECE is the preferred choice due to its higher placement rates, significantly superior industry reputation, global research exposure, and overall academic excellence. SASTRA CSE remains a strong alternative, but BITS Hyderabad’s holistic and future-ready advantages make it the better opportunity for long-term career growth. All the BEST for a Prosperous Future!

Dating, Relationships Expert - Answered on Dec 04, 2025

Relationship
My married ex still texts me for comfort. Because of him, I am unable to move on. He makes me feel guilty by saying he got married out of family pressure. His dad is a cardiac patient and mom is being treated for cancer. He comforts me by saying he will get separated soon and we will get married because he only loves me. We have been in a relationship for 14 years and despite everything we tried, his parents refused to accept me, so he chose to get married to someone who understands our situation. I don't know when he will separate from his wife. She knows about us too but she comes from a traditional family. She also confirmed there is no physical intimacy between them. I trust him, but is it worth losing my youth for him? Honestly, I am worried and very confused.
Ans: Dear Anonymous,
I understand how difficult it is to let go of a relationship you have built from scratch, but is it really how you want to continue? It really seems to be going nowhere. His parents are already in bad health and he married someone else for their happiness. Does it seem like he will be able to leave her? So many people’s happiness and lives depend on this one decision. I think it’s about time you and your BF have a clear conversation about the same. If he can’t give a proper timeline, please try to understand his situation. But also make sure he understands yours and maybe rethink this equation. It really isn’t healthy. You deserve a love you can have wholly, and not just in pieces, and in the shadows.

Hope this helps
