Good afternoon. My daughter completed her 2nd Semester in Btech in Electrical and electronics engineering from BIT Mesra Patna campus , after that she is going to complete her Summer Internship in Industrial automation with Plc and Robotics from Intenshwala in July 1st week . Can you suggest where to do her Winter Internship in December 2025 , which will help her for her career?

For her winter internship in December 2025, here are some good options:
She can email professors at IITs/NITs who work in electronics or automation. These are great for learning and might help if she wants to pursue higher studies later.

Sir If she do her Winter Internship in any organisation like Tata steel, Jsw , Hindalco , Shyam steel and power in Industrial Automation,plc and Robotics will better for her or she will go for any IIT or Good Nits , can you suggest

Ans: If your daughter gets a winter internship in core companies like Tata Steel, JSW, Hindalco, Shyam Steel, etc., in Industrial Automation, PLC, and Robotics, it will be very valuable. These companies work on real-world automation and heavy electrical systems, so the learning is strong and practical.
On the other hand, internships at IITs/NITs with professors will help if she’s planning for higher studies, research, or preparing for GATE/M.Tech later.
Simple advice:
• If she wants to work in the industry after BTech, then go for Tata, JSW, Hindalco, etc. (hands-on experience matters more).
• If she is thinking about M.Tech, research, or foreign MS, then go for IIT/NIT professor-led internships.
If possible, do one industrial internship and one academic internship during BTech. That will give her the best of both.
She’s on the right track—support her interests and help her stay consistent.
