Ans: As you are a fresher you can wait for 1 year to get a better college. If you are capable of getting IIM Amritsar in the 1st year you can get a better college next year if you can improve your CAT performance.

Ans: The course will not provide you placements. You will have to look out for a job on your own. Can do the course if a degree is required for promotion in your job. Can look for 1 year full time course of PGPMAX from ISB that requires 15+ years work ex. Expensive but may provide you with good placements.
