Hi, I am 46 years old, with around 19 yrs of experience in Banking, Transaction Monitoring and little bit production support experience with knowledge in Power BI, SQL, Azure admin and Data Analysis, at present working with a well reputed company as an AM in IC role from past 9 years with a CTC around 9.5Lakhs. I think as per my experience my package is very low and I am thinking to change my domain/career in Data Analysis in Power BI. I like to know is it good decision to change the career path now? Really appreciate for your quick response.
