Sir, I'm scoring 318 in NEET 2025, it was my 4th attempt I'm looking for private BDS, with education loan in India, Can you recommend some good colleges for the same.

Ans: Hi,

The NTA has not yet declared the results and ranks. You will need to wait for this information to make a more accurate prediction. However, based on your forecast, it is likely that you will be admitted to private colleges. There is also a possibility of securing admission in government colleges, but you will need to wait for updates.

Please note that I cannot endorse any particular colleges on this platform.

I recommend that you visit the websites of the dental colleges you are interested in. Compare their faculty, facilities, and patient flow; this will help you gather important details. You will need to learn various skills, such as making molds and extracting teeth, as well as familiarize yourself with numerous instruments during your BDS studies. So, make sure to select your institute wisely.
BEST WISHES.

My son got 98.49 percentile in CER and he has secured admissions in VIT Chennai for electronics and communications . If we get admissions in VJTI Mumbai should we reconsider the decision of taking admission in VIT
Ans: With a 98.49 percentile in MHT CET, your son is well-positioned for Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (EXTC) at VJTI Mumbai, as the expected cutoff for this branch is typically between 98.5 and 99.9 percentile. VJTI Mumbai is a top-ranked government institute with a legacy of academic excellence, 95–100% placement rates for EXTC, and an average package of ?11–12 lakh, with top recruiters such as Amazon, Texas Instruments, Samsung, and Deloitte. The fee structure at VJTI is significantly lower than private universities, and its Mumbai location offers excellent industry exposure. VIT Chennai, while A++ NAAC accredited and offering strong placements (90%+ for ECE, average package ?8–9 lakh, 3,160 offers in 2025), has a higher fee (?7.8 lakh tuition plus ?5.4 lakh hostel), and its ECE program is newer compared to VJTI’s established reputation. VJTI’s placement cell is consistently effective, and students benefit from interdisciplinary opportunities and a strong alumni network. The recommendation is to prefer VJTI Mumbai over VIT Chennai if your son secures a seat, as VJTI offers superior brand value, placement consistency, lower fees, and better long-term prospects for Electronics and Communication Engineering. All the BEST for the Admission & a Prosperous Future!

My daughter got chance in st xaviers college kolkata in bms and also she cracked neet with air 118k what will be best for her ..private medical collage or st xaviers
Ans: With an AIR of 1.18 lakh in NEET 2025 (general category), your daughter is unlikely to secure an MBBS seat in a government college but has a fair chance in private medical colleges under management quota, though this involves very high annual fees (typically ?8–25 lakh per year) and variable infrastructure and placement outcomes. St. Xavier’s College Kolkata BMS is a prestigious, highly selective management program with a strong academic reputation, excellent placement record (average package ?4.5–7 lakh, 58% placement in 2024), international exchange opportunities, and a vibrant peer group. BMS opens pathways to diverse careers in business, consulting, finance, and higher studies, with many graduates pursuing MBAs or global opportunities. Private medical colleges can provide the MBBS degree but require a significant financial commitment and may not offer the same academic or career environment as top government institutions. The recommendation is to prefer St. Xavier’s College Kolkata BMS unless your daughter is deeply committed to a medical career and your family is prepared for the high costs and long duration of private MBBS, as BMS at St. Xavier’s offers better value, career flexibility, and a strong academic foundation. All the BEST for the Admission & a Prosperous Future!

hi sir i got 93.3 percentile in jee (99K rank ) i booked jiit noida cs in sec 128 i m gonna give bitsat but i think my chances are low i will get msc bioo so what should i do or should i goo to any other college fees bahut jyada na hoo
Ans: Aanya, With a 93.3 percentile in JEE Main (99,000 rank), your seat in JIIT Noida CSE (Sec 128) is a solid, value-for-money option, as its CSE cutoff typically extends up to 1,00,000 in later rounds and the total four-year fee is around ?14 lakh, which is moderate compared to other top private colleges. JIIT Noida consistently achieves 93%+ placement rates for CSE, with an average package of ?9–13 lakh and top recruiters like Microsoft, Amazon, and Google, making it a reliable choice for both academics and placements. Your chances for CSE at BITS Pilani, Goa, or Hyderabad are extremely low, as BITSAT cutoffs for CSE are above 300, and even for MSc Biological Sciences, the cutoff is around 234–236, with total fees exceeding ?20 lakh, making it a much more expensive option than JIIT Noida. Other reputable private colleges like VIT Vellore, SRM Chennai, or Thapar have higher fees (?8–12 lakh or more) and require better JEE/BITSAT ranks for CSE admission. The recommendation is to continue with JIIT Noida CSE, as it offers a good balance of affordable fees, strong placements, and academic reputation, and to avoid high-fee options like BITS MSc Biology or other private colleges unless you secure a significant scholarship. All the BEST for the Admission & a Prosperous Future!

I'm getting Robotics and Artificial intelligence in Thapar University and same stream in JIIT noida sector 62. Which university should I prefer?
Ans: Thapar University’s Robotics and Artificial Intelligence program stands out for its NIRF 2024 rank of 29, NBA and ABET accreditation, and a strong legacy of academic excellence, with a world-class AI research center in collaboration with NVIDIA, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and experienced faculty. Thapar reports an 83–96% placement rate for engineering, an average package near ?12 lakh, and a wide recruiter base including Microsoft, Amazon, and Infosys, while all students complete a semester-long industry internship, ensuring robust practical exposure. JIIT Noida Sector 62 also offers a well-accredited, industry-aligned Robotics & AI program, with NBA accreditation, modern labs, and a 99% placement rate for CSE/AI branches, average package of ?8.7 lakh, and top recruiters like Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Amazon. JIIT’s campus is centrally located in Noida with strong industry links, but Thapar’s national and international reputation, advanced research ecosystem, and higher average placement outcomes give it a significant edge. The recommendation is to prefer Thapar University for Robotics and Artificial Intelligence due to its superior academic reputation, research infrastructure, and placement prospects. All the BEST for the Admission & a Prosperous Future!
