मैं 43 साल का पुरुष हूं, मेरा क्रिएटिनिन 2.14 है, यह हाई बीपी के कारण हुआ था लेकिन मेरा बीपी अब सामान्य है और मेरा वजन 65 से घटकर 50 लगभग 15 किलोग्राम हो गया है, उसके बाद मैंने किडनी के लिए अल्फा केटोएनालॉग टैबलेट की दवा ली। और कभी-कभी यूरिक एसिड बढ़ जाता है, इसके अलावा एचवी थॉयरोड, कम प्रोटीन आहार बनाए रखता है। मैं जानना चाहता हूं कि क्या मेरी किडनी की कार्यप्रणाली को पहले की तरह ठीक करना संभव है। कृपया सुझाव दें

Ans: बढ़े हुए क्रिएटिनिन के कारण की जांच की जानी चाहिए। यदि यह केवल लंबे समय से चले आ रहे उच्च रक्तचाप के कारण है, तो आप क्रिएटिनिन को उलटने में सक्षम नहीं हो सकते हैं, लेकिन बीपी और रक्त शर्करा को सख्ती से नियंत्रित करके इसे और खराब होने से रोक सकते हैं।
